The experience with Aleksandra has helped me in so many ways!

I love clothes and I had a closet full of them but always felt that I did not have anything to wear – which meant I just kept buying even more! Aleksandra supported me in de-cluttering my wardrobe from old things that I hadn’t been able to let go of. The classic – “but maybe I will use it sometime in the future again”. She also helped me to organize the wardrobe in colours as well as summer and winter sections – and found items that I had forgotten about!

The best part of the whole experience was the supporting shopping list she created for me to compliment my already existing wardrobe, pieces which I bought and now wear with a lot of versatile looks. Life’s a lot about comparative advantages. Finance is probably one of mine. Fashion, clothes, and styling, not so much. To be honest, they are not strong interests of mine, or something that I would enjoy spending a lot of time on. 

But what I do believe that I have, is an open mind. I was therefore more than happy when Alex suggested that she would “help me get style”. 

Open minded, yes. Skeptical that the effort would make a lasting difference for myself, also yes. At least in the beginning. However, with Alex and her enthusiasm, and true passion for both people and fashion, I realized that she might be on to something, even for someone like me with close to zero interest for the matter at the get-go.

In the end, I think she actually made me realize that even if I will never spend remotely as much time on fashion as she does (pretty difficult for anyone anyway), with some help to get started, it can even be a bit fun to put some effort, time and money into one’s style.
