SALES just started at most apparel brands and here comes an easy guide for how to avoid wrong purchases in 5 steps:

1. Remind yourself of what your personal style is. What is it that you enjoy wearing? What are the items that truly fit your lifestyle? You can easily do it through browsing through your closet and reflecting over the items that you truly like to wear and wear with joy.

2. Decluttering. Declutter your closet from items that you don't like and don't wear to make sure that there's space, in your closet, but also in your mind for the new pieces.

3. (The most important one!) Create a list of items to fill up your closet with that you can then easily take to the physical stores or online. That way you will avoid temptations towards spending your money for pieces that you do not need.

4. Stay mindful of your color palette. Your color palette should consist of colors that fit your complexion and colors that you like.

5. Silhouettes. Be aware of the kind of silhouettes and outfit forms that fit your body, but also fit your personal style and make you feel like the best version of yourself.
